Our process

We aim to make the entire experience from start to finish an enjoyable one

At Envision Fitted Furniture, we believe in providing a experience for our clients. We start by having a consultation over the phone or email to understand your needs and ideas. Then, one of our team will visit your home to measure and work out the details. This face to face chat is really important and allows us to talk through what you need from your new cabinets, how you wish them to be configured, what features and any extras you would also like to have.

Finally, we will provide a formal quote followed by a 10% deposit to confirm the project and get you booked into the calendar. We will then start working on some CAD designs to ensure everything is exactly how you want it and allow you to see what the finished item will look like. When we get closer to starting the work in the workshop we take a second deposit of 50% to cover all the materials and expenses followed by the remaining 40% upon completion and the job being signed off by yourself.

After the designs are finalised and signed off we will begin the making stage at our workshop in the Cheshire countryside. This will normally take from one to two weeks depending on the size of the project and how complex it is.

We will then paint, lacquer, oil or wax depending on the desired finish.

The final stage is the fit, where we will deliver and install the cabinets into your home. The average time for a fit is two to three days and generally involves building the cabinets, getting everything level and plum, scribing all the facias to your walls ( no matter how wonky they are) and getting the skirting and cornice on.  We always try to be as little of an inconvenience on you as possible when in your home and always leave the space we've been working in tidy and completely free from dust or any mess.
